Rocketic privacy policy
This policy covers Rocketic websites, lead forms and the shared account. Individual products may supplement it with product-specific terms.
Data we receive
Forms may store your name, work email, company, message, product, source, locale, and consent timestamp/version. Account and licensing flows additionally use your user ID, purchases, licenses and linked devices. Card details are processed by the payment provider; Rocketic does not store full card numbers.
Analytics and cookies
Necessary local storage remembers locale, session and cookie preferences. Self-hosted Umami analytics starts only after consent. Passwords, tokens, DSNs, message contents and infrastructure credentials must never be sent to it. You can change the choice through Cookie settings in the footer.
Purposes and retention
Data is used to answer requests, provide accounts and support, fulfil orders, issue or revoke licenses, prevent abuse and—under separate consent—send product updates. It is retained only as long as required for the purpose, contract, mandatory records or dispute resolution; exact periods are governed by the operator’s retention schedule.
