Concord — HA cockpit for Patroni PostgreSQL

Concord is Rocketic's first SKU: a native Mac cockpit for day-2 Patroni operations. It exists for one job — help operators see their estate, decide with live evidence, execute behind guardrails, and leave an audit trail — not to be a SQL IDE, a full Kubernetes operator, or an APM platform.

  • Topology and lag for every cluster, Direct, SSH, or Kubernetes, in one workspace
  • Confidence signal — ready / caution / blocked — before any mutate is confirmed
  • Safe Ops: preflight, typed confirm, progress, and an exportable audit row
  • Local-first: runs on the Mac, keeps secrets in the OS keychain, no mandatory cloud backend

How it's packaged

Community

Free, real tool for up to 3 clusters — observe, guarded switchover and pause, 90-day audit.

Pro

Unlimited clusters, Kubernetes, full ops, config edit, alerts, longer retention.

Team & Enterprise

SSO path, SIEM export, policy packs, and air-gapped / invoice licensing.

What comes after Concord

Concord earned its trust bar before anything else shipped — that discipline doesn't change. The next one is real enough to name: Cracker, a matching cockpit for NATS estates. It's in design, it isn't sold, and it won't get a download button until it clears the same bar Concord did.

Cracker — the day-2 cockpit for NATS

Coming soon — in design, not shipped

NATS estates hit the same day-2 gap Patroni teams had before Concord: topology, streams, and consumers spread across nats CLI output and dashboards that only watch. Cracker brings the same cockpit discipline as Concord — see the estate, decide with live evidence, execute guarded operations, leave a record — to NATS instead of Patroni.

  • One view of streams, consumers, and cluster topology across a NATS estate
  • The same ready / caution / blocked confidence signal as Concord, before any action is confirmed
  • Guarded publish and ops behind preflight, typed confirm, and an audit trail
  • Concord for Patroni, Cracker for NATS — one cockpit discipline, two engines
